We stayed here for my sons wedding weekend. Over-all great stay. Staff was super friendly. Room was over all very clean . ( could use a deep cleaning ) I would definitely be prepared to pay for parking. No big deal. Except I called and was told free parking. Also was told over the phone it was 50$ for my dog then when I booked my room it was 90$ . Non refundable. No biggie . My suggestion is a more knowledgeable staff.
Room was good. Clean and cozy. Service was great!! The young lady at the front desk was so fantastic! She had every answer to every question and always with a smile on her face. You can see she truly cares about all the guests. I will be coming back here
I am so happy that we choose to stay at this Hampton Inn. The services were the best. Most importantly I forgot my purse and this very professional front desk staff called me and my purse was intact with all cash and credit cards. Thank you Micah. God Bless you .
We had a great stay! The staff was amazing. Dana was such a big help to us checking in. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We will definitely come back!
I stayed here for a week on business. The room, facilities, staff, and location were all excellent. The location is just a short walk from the Mall of Georgia, which offered several food options. The continental breakfast was great. Coffee, tea, and strawberry infused water was available 24-7. I was most impressed by the staff, which were all very helpful. I left behind some clothes and the staff proactively contacted me to return them to me. Highly recommended!
